Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Makes it a Class 1 felony aggravated battery for a person at least 18 years of age to cause bodily harm or disability or disfigurement to an enrolled school student under 18 years of age, if the offense was committed within a school safe passage route. Defines "safe passage route".
