Bill Title: Amends the Election Code. Beginning 90 days after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 99th General Assembly, the East St. Louis Board of Election Commissioners is abolished, and all of its functions and responsibilities shall thereafter be exercised by the St. Clair County Clerk.
