Bill Title: Amends the Uniform Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act. Provides that before filing the annual report, the holder of property that is presumed abandoned under the Act shall send a letter to the owner by certified (instead of first class) mail about the steps necessary to prevent abandonment of the property from being presumed. Effective immediately.
