Summary

Amends the College and Career Success for All Students Act. Provides that a student who is enrolled at a college or university located in this State that is supported or maintained in whole or in part by public funds and who took an Advanced Placement course in high school and obtained a minimum score of 3, on a 5-point scale, on the corresponding Advanced Placement Examination shall receive postsecondary course credit from that college or university. Effective immediately.
