Summary

Makes State fiscal year 2013 appropriations to the Office of the State Comptroller for the ordinary and contingent expenses of that Office, for expenses related to the State lottery, for the Office’s Inspector General, for the exercise of certain responsibilities under the Pension Code, for certain court reporter expenses, for the payment of constitutional officers of the executive branch, for the payment of managerial employees in State executive branch agencies, for the payment of officers of the legislative branch, and for the payment of pension, social security, and group insurance contributions of certain State employees. Effective July 1, 2012.
