Summary

Amends the Department of Transportation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois and the Toll Highway Act. Provides that if the Department of Transportation or the Toll Highway Authority employ video surveillance or recording devices along any stretch of highway under their respective jurisdictions, they shall, as requested for the purpose of facilitating emergency responses, provide access to the recordings or live footage to operators of emergency dispatch services.
