Summary

Amends the General Assembly Compensation Act. Provides that, during terms of office that begin on or after the second Wednesday in January, 2013, no member shall receive additional compensation for serving as the chairman or minority spokesman of a standing committee of the Senate or as the chairman or minority spokesman of a standing or select committee of the House of Representatives. Effective January 9, 2013.
