Summary

Amends the State Police Act. Provides that aggregate appropriations available for sworn State Police officers shall be no less than the total aggregate appropriations made available for salaries for sworn State Police officers for the immediately preceding fiscal year. If the aggregate appropriations are insufficient to meet this requirement, this Section constitutes a continuing appropriation of all amounts necessary, unless changed by law. Effective immediately.
