Summary

Amends the State Finance Act. Creates the Illinois Elks Association Fund. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Authorizes the Secretary of State to issue Illinois Elks Association specialty license plates. Makes the cost of issuance for these plates $30, with $15 going to the Illinois Elks Association Fund and $15 going to the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund. Makes renewal costs $17, with $15 going to the Illinois Elks Association Fund and $2 going to the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund. Allows distribution of moneys in the Illinois Elks Association Fund, subject to appropriation by the General Assembly and distribution by the Secretary of State, to the Illinois Elks Association or charitable entities it designates.
