Summary

Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Deletes provision that an information or indictment based upon a violation of any provision of the Deadly Weapons Article of the Code need not negative any exemptions contained in the Article. Deletes provision that the defendant shall have the burden of proving the exemption. Effective immediately.
