Requires the Attorney General to periodically, but not less than every 6 months beginning July 31, 2020, post on the Internet website of the Attorney General a list, by type, of the 10 most frequent types of accessibility violations alleged in the complaints and the number of alleged violations for each listed type of violation for the prior 2 quarters, as well as the number of complaints in which the alleged violations were founded. Requires the Attorney General to, on a quarterly basis, identify and tabulate the number of accessibility violation complaints received by the Office of the Attorney General and the number of those complaints received by the Attorney General in which the alleged violations were founded, including whether such complaints were filed in State or federal court, and post that information of the Internet website of the Attorney General.
