Summary

Amends the Adult Protective Services Act. In a provision listing mandated reporters, excludes the State Long Term Care Ombudsman and all representatives of the State Long Term Care Ombudsman Program. Expands the definition of "mandated reporter" to include investment advisors and insurance adjusters. Defines "insurance adjuster" and "investment adviser". Effective immediately.
