Summary

Amends the Early Intervention Services System Act. In a provision requiring the Department of Human Services to adopt rules to expand the list of Medical Conditions Resulting in High Probability of Developmental Delay to include lead poisoning, provides that the Department shall adopt such rules no later than July 1, 2020 (rather than no later than December 2, 2019). Effective immediately.
