Summary

Amends the Metropolitan Transit Authority Act. Provides that on and after January 1, 2018, the Chicago Transit Board shall provide tickets at no charge to high school students that are eligible for free or reduced meals or milk under the federal National School Lunch Program or the Commodity School Program on days when school is in session. Effective immediately.
