Summary

Amends the Illinois Identification Card Act. Provides that if the applicant for an identification card is a person enrolled in a public or private high school in this State, then the applicant shall only be required to submit proof of enrollment and a current identification card issued by the high school. Provides that upon request by the Secretary, the high school evidenced in the proof of enrollment shall then verify and submit the applicant's required application information to the Secretary.
