Summary

Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that the unlawful use of weapons provisions prohibiting with certain exceptions a person from carrying or possessing a pistol, revolver, stun gun, or taser or other firearm in any vehicle or concealed on or about his or her person or upon any public street, alley, or other public lands within the corporate limits of a city, village, or incorporated town and the aggravated unlawful use of a weapon statute do not apply to or affect a currently employed tactical paramedic while in the performance of his or her official duties. Defines "tactical paramedic".
