Summary

Amends the Illinois Lottery Law. Provides that a licensed retail sales agent must obtain adequate written evidence of the age and identity of a person before that licensed retail sales agent solicits that person for the sale of lottery tickets or shares. Provides that a violation of this requirement shall be grounds for suspension or revocation of a license under the Act.
