Summary
Creates the Illinois Congressional Redistricting Act of 2012. Redistricts the Congressional Districts for the purpose of electing Representatives to the House of Representatives of the United States Congress. Provides that the Act is operative beginning with the election of Representatives to the House of Representatives of the United States Congress to full terms in 2014. Amends the Illinois Congressional Redistricting Act of 2011 to provide that it is inoperative beginning with the election of Representatives to the House of Representatives of the United States Congress to full terms in 2014. Contains a severability provision.
