Summary

Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that on each monthly bill for wireless telecommunications service sent to a consumer by a wireless telecommunications carrier, the carrier must state (i) the date on which the consumer's contract for wireless telecommunications service provided by the carrier ends and (ii) the amount of any termination fee charged to the consumer by the carrier if the consumer terminates wireless telecommunications service before the date on which the consumer's contract ends. Makes a carrier's violation of this provision an unlawful practice under the Act. Effective immediately.
