Summary

Amends the Fire Protection District Act. Requires that a fire protection district must post on its website all ordinances imposing any penalty or making any appropriation. Provides that, if a district does not maintain a website, then the district must publish the ordinances in a newspaper of general circulation within the district. Effective immediately.
