Summary
Appropriates $7,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to EdgeAlliance for costs associated with the construction of a 36-unit permanent supporting housing facility. Appropriates $4,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to EdgeAlliance for costs associated with the construction of a health and wellness center for use by EdgeAlliance residents and residents who are veterans. Effective July 1, 2009.
