Summary

Amends the Administration Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that subject to any exemptions provided under federal law, to be eligible for public assistance benefits under any Article of the Code an applicant's immigration status must be verified through the federal Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Program.
