Summary

Amends the Hospital Licensing Act. Provides that a hospital shall report to the local law enforcement agency all incidents of theft of personal property that occur in the hospital. Provides that the report shall be made no later than 24 hours after discovery of the theft and in a form and manner as prescribed by the local law enforcement agency.
