Summary

Appropriates $13,780,082, or so much thereof as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Agriculture for payment into the Thoroughbred and Standardbred Horse Racing Purse Accounts at Illinois Pari-mutuel Tracks. Provides that the amount paid to each account shall be the amount certified by the Illinois Racing Board in January 2009 to be transferred from each account to each eligible racing facility. Effective July 1, 2009.
