Summary

Amends the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, Fingerprint Vendor, and Locksmith Act of 2004. In a Section concerning the qualifications for licensure as a private alarm contractor, provides that an applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience during the 5 years immediately preceding the application working as a full-time fire officer, fire investigator, arson investigator, or fire prevention officer certified by the Office of the State Fire Marshal, or a comparable federal position. Makes other changes.
