Summary

Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department to establish a grant program to encourage the purchase and installation of high energy efficiency boilers. Provides that the grants are only available for the purchase and installation of these boilers in commercial buildings and multi-family residential buildings.
