Summary

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that motorized wheel chairs and electric personal assistive mobility devices are required to display a slow-moving vehicle emblem while being operated on any public way designed for the use of vehicles, including any berm, median, shoulder, designated bicycle lane, or crosswalk.
