Summary

Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that the disposal by incineration of aqueous film-forming foam that contains any perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substance is prohibited in Illinois. Provides that the Agency may adopt any rules or regulations it deems necessary in order to carry out the amendatory provisions. Effective immediately.
