Summary

Amends the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act. Requires instructors training persons on how to properly administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation and how to use an automated external defibrillator to be certified to administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation and use an automated external defibrillator by the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association, or another nationally recognized certifying organization.
