Summary

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that anyone under 21 years of age that is convicted of possession of cannabis under the Cannabis Control Act shall have their driver's license suspended for a period of 3 months. Provides that upon conviction the court shall order the license surrendered to clerk of the court, who shall forward the license and a report of the conviction to the Secretary of State.
