Summary
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that no person may smoke cigarettes, cigars, or pipes of any kind in a motor vehicle containing a minor under 13 years of age. Provides that a violation is a petty offense subject to a fine not to exceed $100. Provides that a violation of this Section is not cause to stop or search a motor vehicle or the driver of a motor vehicle.
