Summary

Amends the Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship Training Act. Provides that funds may also be appropriated to the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria (not just to the University of Illinois at Chicago and Southern Illinois University) for its forensic psychiatry fellowship training program. Effective July 1, 2009.
