Summary

Amends the Energy Assistance Act. Provides that a provision concerning the Supplemental Low-Income Energy Assistance Fund and the Energy Assistance Charge is repealed effective December 31, 2018 (rather than December 31, 2013) unless renewed by action of the General Assembly. Effective immediately.
