Summary

Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to adopt rules to include applied behavior analysis services provided by Board-certified behavior analysts as a covered service to individuals eligible for medical assistance; and to adopt rules for a behavior analyst certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board to participate in the medical assistance program. Effective immediately.
