Summary

Amends the Public Construction Bond Act. Provides that all officials, boards, commissions, or agents of this State or any political subdivision of this State, in making contracts for work intended to be conveyed by a developer to the State or political subdivision pursuant to a development agreement, shall require every contractor for the work to furnish, supply, and deliver a bond to the State or the political subdivision. Effective immediately.
