AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3613
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3613 as follows:
on page 3, line 9, by deleting "and"; and
on page 3, line 11, by replacing "Marshal." with "Marshal;
and"; and
on page 3, immediately below line 11, by inserting the
following:
"(22) one member representing a non-profit energy
research organization, appointed by the Governor.".
