AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3258 on page 1, by
replacing lines 11 and 12 with "company shall provide the
applicant written notice regarding the availability of rental
vehicle coverage for an"; and
on page 1, line 18, by deleting "or its agent"; and
on page 1, by replacing line 19 with "insured written notice
regarding the availability of rental vehicle coverage for";
and
on page 1, line 20, by deleting "loss of use of".
