AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3254
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3254 on page 1, by
replacing line 8 with the following:
"the provisions of Executive Order 3 (2017) concerning the
transfer of rights, powers, duties, responsibilities,
employees, property, funds, and functions from the Department
of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to the Department of
Natural Resources.".
