| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3003
| ||||||
| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3003 on page 1, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 4 through 11 with the following:
| ||||||
| 4 | "Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by | ||||||
| 5 | changing Section 6-106.1 as follows:"; and
| ||||||
| 6 | by replacing line 25 on page 5 through line 15 on page 6 with | ||||||
| 7 | the following: | ||||||
| 8 | "Code of 1961 or the Criminal Code of 2012; (ii) those offenses | ||||||
| 9 | defined in the
Cannabis Control Act except those offenses | ||||||
| 10 | defined in subsections (a) and
(b) of Section 4, and subsection | ||||||
| 11 | (a) of Section 5 of the Cannabis Control
Act; (iii) those | ||||||
| 12 | offenses defined in the Illinois Controlled Substances
Act; | ||||||
| 13 | (iii) (iv) those offenses defined in the Methamphetamine | ||||||
| 14 | Control and Community Protection Act; (iv) those offenses | ||||||
| 15 | defined in the Methamphetamine Precursor Control Act; or (v) | ||||||
| 16 | any offense committed or attempted in any other state or | ||||||
| |||||||
| |||||||
| 1 | against
the laws of the United States, which if committed or | ||||||
| 2 | attempted in this
State would be punishable as one or more of | ||||||
| 3 | the foregoing offenses; (vi)
the offenses defined in Section | ||||||
| 4 | 4.1 and 5.1 of the Wrongs to Children Act or Section 11-9.1A of | ||||||
| 5 | the Criminal Code of 1961 or the Criminal Code of 2012; (vii) | ||||||
| 6 | those offenses defined in Section 6-16 of the Liquor Control | ||||||
| 7 | Act of
1934;
and (viii) those offenses defined in the | ||||||
| 8 | Methamphetamine Precursor Control Act;"; and
| ||||||
| 9 | on page 7, by replacing lines 9 through 10 with the following: | ||||||
| 10 | "to commit: (i) a misdemeanor within the last 5 years; (ii) one | ||||||
| 11 | or more felony offenses defined in the Cannabis Control Act; or | ||||||
| 12 | (iii) any offense committed or"; and
| ||||||
| 13 | on page 7, by deleting lines 15 through 23; and
| ||||||
| 14 | on page 7, line 24, by replacing "18" with "17"; and
| ||||||
| 15 | on page 7, by replacing lines 25 through 26 with the following:
| ||||||
| 16 | "to commit: (i) a misdemeanor within the last 5 years; (ii) one | ||||||
| 17 | or more felony offenses defined in Section 6-16 of the Liquor | ||||||
| 18 | Control Act of 1934; or (iii) any".
