| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2909 on page 4, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 15 through 17 with the following:

| 4 | ""Police officer" means: a policeman, as defined in Section | ||||||
| 5 | 10-3-1 of the Illinois Municipal Code; a conservation police | ||||||
| 6 | officer; a sheriff or deputy sheriff; or a law enforcement | ||||||
| 7 | officer employed by the State Police, the Secretary of State, | ||||||
| 8 | or any other State agency.".
