| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2879 on page 1, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing line 8 with the following:

| 4 | "(a) As used in this Section, "financial institution" has | ||||||
| 5 | the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 2 of the Illinois | ||||||
| 6 | Banking Act. | ||||||
| 7 | Pending an investigation by the financial institution,"; | ||||||

| 9 | on page 2, line 17, by changing "and" to "or".
