| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2499 on page 1, | ||||||
| 3 | line 19, after the period, by inserting "Implementation of this | ||||||
| 4 | Section shall be contingent on federal approval. Upon receipt | ||||||
| 5 | of federal approval, if required, the Department shall adopt | ||||||
| 6 | any rules necessary to implement this Section.".
