| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2365, AS AMENDED, | ||||||
| 3 | with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. | ||||||
| 4 | 3, on page 1, lines 6 through 11 by replacing "(F) the | ||||||
| 5 | respondent's intended use of subcontractors for a project, if | ||||||
| 6 | any, that are owned or managed by women, minorities, or persons | ||||||
| 7 | with disabilities, or any combination of women, minorities, or | ||||||
| 8 | persons with disabilities equal to at least 51% ownership or | ||||||
| 9 | 51% of the total number of management personnel." with "(F) | ||||||
| 10 | whether at least 51% of the owners or management personnel of | ||||||
| 11 | the subcontractors intended to be used by the respondent for a | ||||||
| 12 | project, if any, are women, minorities, persons with | ||||||
| 13 | disabilities, or any combination of women, minorities, or | ||||||
| 14 | persons with disabilities."; and
