AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2365
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2365, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
2, on page 4, by replacing lines 4 through 6 with the
following:
"(F) the respondent's intended use of subcontractors
for a project, if any, that are owned or managed by women,
minorities, or persons with disabilities, or any
combination of women, minorities, or persons with
disabilities equal to at least 51% ownership or 51% of the
total number of management personnel."; and
on page 10, by replacing lines 3 through 10 with the following:
"(a) All employees with purchasing power or the power to
award proposals under this Code, including State purchasing
officers, Chief Procurement Officers, and applicable
supportive personnel and staff, as determined by the Chief
Procurement Officer, shall complete annual training for

Officer in consultation with the Business Enterprise
Council.".
