| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2339 on page 5, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:

| 4 | "hijacking or aggravated vehicular hijacking, the officer | ||||||
| 5 | shall deliver the minor to"; and

| 6 | on page 5, by replacing lines 23 and 24 with "or the Criminal | ||||||
