AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2313
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2313 as follows:
on page 2, line 6, by replacing "either" with "either"; and
on page 3, line 10, after the period, by inserting "Funds
transferred to or retained by a municipality before the
effective date of this amendatory Act of the 100th General
Assembly under this paragraph shall be retained by the
municipality."; and
on page 18, line 12, after "designee" by inserting "which may
include, but not be limited to, the Veterinary Clinical
Medicine Service Head of the Shelter Medicine Program of the
University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine"; and
on page 18, line 14, after "agent" by inserting "which may
include, but not be limited to, the University of Illinois
