AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2305
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2305 on page 4, by
replacing lines 6 through 8 with the following:
"and
(7) for taxable year years 2018 and thereafter, (i)
$75,000 for qualified property in a county with 3,000,000
or more inhabitants and (ii) $65,000 for qualified property
located in a county with fewer than 3,000,000 inhabitants;
and for all qualified property.
(8) for taxable years 2019 and thereafter, $75,000 for
all qualified property.".
