AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1980
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1980, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
1, on page 195, by replacing lines 21 through 23 with the
following:
"(A) aggravated unlawful use of a weapon under
Section 24-1.6 or similar offense under the Criminal
Code of 1961, when the weapon is a firearm;".
