| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1663

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1663 on page 2, | ||||||
| 3 | line 11, after "met.", by inserting the following:

| 4 | "Beginning with applications submitted in 2017, an institution | ||||||
| 5 | must submit its application for approval to the Board on or | ||||||
| 6 | before September 1 of a given year and the Board must render | ||||||
| 7 | its approval decision on or before November 15 of that same | ||||||
| 8 | year.".
