AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1645
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1645 as follows:
on page 1, line 7, by replacing "Waiver" with "Deferral"; and
on page 1, line 12, by replacing "waive" with "defer"; and
on page 1, line 15, by replacing "waiver" with "deferral"; and
on page 1, line 16, after "must", by inserting "(1) have been
the basis for the issuance of an order of protection or (2)".
